Thubten Jigme Norbu passed away

Thubten Jigme Norbu, eldest brother of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, known to Tibetan Buddhists as Taktser Rinpoche, died Sept. 5 at the age of 86 (87 by Tibetan reckoning).
